Site Manager – Student Accommodation (Dublin)

CSR Construction requires an experienced Site Manager to work on a New Build Apartment Block development in Dublin. The building Contractor has been operating for over 60 years and has an excellent reputation within the industry. Our client has secured a strong order book for the coming 2 years and with the project starting in the near future. The tier one company are keen to add to their management team. A strong trades or engineering background is required, with the ability to work in a highly demanding environment essential. This opportunity is permanent with a highly competitive salary + vehicle.

Criteria

Site Managers site pass

Proven track record in projects €10M+

Completion of at least one large commercial/mixed use development

Student accommodation experience an advantage but not essential

Strong trades / Engineering background

Duties

Overall on site management of the project

Reporting to the project manager

Management of Sub - Contractors

Ordering Materials

Read drawing and make amendments

Dealing with issues on own initiative

Chair Site meetings

Liaise with the Architect
