The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s newest house building contractors. The company, based in Co. Down are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for projects in North Down.

With projects due to start in the next few months and an order book that runs until 2022, they would like to bring someone on board now to help with the pre contract phase who can then go on to run a job as number one.

Unit sizes range from 15 - 30

Packages are negotiable but in and around £40-45k (higher salaries offered to exceptional candidates).

Requirements

• Ideally from a joinery background (houses are timberframe)
• Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team
• Extensive experience in house building projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of Site
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
