The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s medium sized private housing developers. The company, based in Northern Ireland are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for projects in North Belfast, East Belfast and South Antrim, ideally the candidate will have a strong house building experience in their portfolio, experience in the private housing sector and a keen eye for detail.

Packages can vary but the base salary will be between £35 – 40k

Requirements

• Will look at applicants from trades or engineering background
• Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team
• Extensive experience in private housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of Site
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing leadership and showing ability to develop.
