The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with a medium sized residential contractor for an ongoing project in Bessbrook, Newry. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a large private housing project in its final stage with about 12months work to see the scheme out, ideally the candidates will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail.

Packages around £40-45k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade or engineering background
• At least 4 years’ experience in housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £1M worth of work
• First Aid Course
• Site Managers Card

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
