The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to oversee the full build of for a Multistorey Concrete Frame development in South Belfast.

This local market leader has an excellent reputation for developing their staff, with a great structure in place for future career progression. The project is due to start inside4 weeks and will run until Q4 2023.

City centre NI only project, with NI only work to follow

Packages around £35-45k DOE higher salaries available for exceptional candidates.

Criteria

• HND / Degree Qualification in Engineering
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Engineer
• Site Safety Pass
• Detailed project list for work history, with values
• Extensive Setting out experience.
• Experience with piling, ground beams, pile caps, internal drainage and brick/render/cladding façade.

Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Responsibility for all day to day construction related issues
• Maintaining an exceptional high standard of health and safety
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
• Management of sub-contractors and involvement with meetings
• All Setting out duties
