Senior Site Manager / Project Manger – Dublin City Centre

The CSR group is currently looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for a hotel Project in Dublin’s City Centre. This project has got the green light recently and due to continued growth of the company with some recent project wins, they’re looking to expand their team with the highest quality of people.

This hotel project is valued at €15 million and due to last roughly 15 months. This project will entail Demo, Refurb, Conservation and part new build. This would be a permanent position and a great opportunity to grow with a company

Looking for a No.1 on Site to over-see the project from start to completion. They have sub-contractors looking after the groundworks and piling.

You will be given all the necessary backup to complete the project. Deal directly with the client

The Role

• Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.
• Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
• Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
• Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary.
• Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits.
• Planning and programming of work.

The Person

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• 7+ years Project Management experience
• Main contractors experience preferable
• The drive to be responsible for exceeding targets.
• High level of ability and advanced knowledge of Construction methods and technologies
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent eye for detail
