An award winning prestigious main contractor, which has been operating for over 50 years, has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading a £40M New Build Commercial Project based in Central London.

You will be responsible for being lead surveyor running this new build RC frame project.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years' experience working within a QS position
• An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
• Main contractor/developer experience desired but not essential
• RC Frame experience needed
• Experience needed on major project and run a project from inception to final accounts
• Strong references
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid commercial acumen
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
