Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

A progressive Residential Developer in Dublin is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver multiple housing developments in the greater Dublin Area.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for delivering residential sites varying in size from small developments to larger estates.

With a focus on quality, the company has developed year on year and is looking to add to their close knit team.

The Person:

·         Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying

·         7+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

·         Previous residential experience is beneficial

·         Previous experience working for a developer is beneficial

·         The ability to identify potential cost savings and process improvements and help to implement.

·         Excellent communicator
