Senior Mechanical Estimator

CSR are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a leading building services contractor in Co. Antrim. Based in Head Office, the Senior Estimator will take responsibility for the tendering of multi million pound projects. 

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Work closely with the Company Director & the Senior Electrical Estimator to ensure that the estimating department provides an exceptional level of service
• Ensure tenders are managed in accordance with client requirements, company procedure, timescales and required profit margins
• Lead the bid on larger tenders
• Review designs and specifications
• Attend site surveys, bid and post bid meetings
• Work collaboratively with the commercial, technical, sales and engineering teams to deliver results

Essential Criteria:

• Comprehensive experience in a Senior Mechanical Estimator capacity
• Experience of working within a building services environment
• Leadership and management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Firm knowledge of mechanical and electrical services

This is a superb opportunity for a commercially astute Senior Estimator or alternatively an Intermediate Estimator ready to progress their career in a management role.
