Senior Development Manager

Company Background

One of Ireland’s largest developers you would be joining a development team with a wealth of experience and knowledge in Irish Development. As a Senior Development Manager, the role requires experience leading projects across all the development aspects such as appraisals, finance, planning, design, project delivery, negotiations, sales and management as well as liaising and presenting / reporting to clients, contractors and all other relevant participants.

Responsibilities

·         Managing teams through delivery, planning design etc against timescales/budgets

·         Financial Analysis of the project against budgets

·         Planning conditions

·         Negotiations with local authorities

·         Liaising and working with the project managers to prepare for construction

·         Cooperating with sales and marketing with regards to branding, marketing and sales of the development

·         Adding value where possible / necessary

Qualifications

·         MSCSI / MRICS qualified (Preferable)

·         Prior experience taking projects through from planning, pre-construction, construction and sales

·         Experience in residential or commercial delivery

·         8+ Years’ experience (Preferable)

·         Experience in PRS (Preferable)
