Accounting Technician

A thriving construction firm is seeking to appoint a senior Accounts Administrator. The successful applicant will have the key responsibility of ensuring that all works have been invoiced in a timely and accurate manner.

Core duties will include overseeing weekly measure sheets and working closely with the admin teams, quantity surveyors and contracts managers. 

Ideally as a candidate you will possess:

- min of 3 years’ experience in sales ledger processing and reconciliations

- experience in providing accurate financial data and experience in resolving billing queries

- Min grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

- attained or working towards Accounts Technician accreditation

- excellent knowledge of Sage or similar accounting packages

- an excellent working knowledge of Excel
