CSR has a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join award winning Specialist sub-contractor in Belfast. 

They specialise within the Commercial New Build sectors involved in large-scale hotel, apartments, healthcare & education schemes, both in NI.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor from a similar background within a similar specialist sub-contractor industry background. This is a great opportunity as the dynamic company is expanding rapidly and place a great emphasis on investing in their staff and developing careers on merit.

Main duties will include:

•  Preparing valuations and pricing of variations

•  Managing the cost of the project

•  Producing monthly CVR's

•  Review material and labour requirements

Requirements:

•  Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

•  2-3 years post graduate QS experience

•  Computer literate

•  Excellent communication skills
