Quantity Surveyor - Residential - Wicklow

A progressive Residential Developer  is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver a large scale residential project in Co. Wicklow. 

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for delivering this 4 years scheme from concept to final handover. 

With a focus on quality, the company has developed year on year and is looking to add to their close knit team.

 

The Person:

·         Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying

·         5+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

·         Previous residential experience is beneficial

·         The ability to identify potential cost savings and process improvements and help to implement.

·         Excellent communicator
