Quantity Surveyor - Dublin

·         Location: North Dublin

·         Job Type: Permanent, full-time

·         Salary:  €70k - €80k + Car / Car allowance + Benefits

A well-known contractor based in North Dublin is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.

The company has a strong portfolio of work ranging in value from refurbishment and maintenance projects to large scale €multi-million commercial projects throughout Ireland.

Due to continued success and steady expansion, the company are currently looking to bring in an experience quantity Surveyor

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:

• Cost reporting
• Sub-contractor procurement and management
• Client liaison
• Final accounts
• Variations
• Measurement

Criteria

·         Degree Educated in Quantity Surveying

·         5+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with either a main contractor or sub-contractor

·         Excellent communicator with strong client facing skills

·         Previous experience working on projects from inception to completion

·         The desire to develop with an organisation and continuously develop new skills whilst building on existing skill set.
