A leading Construction consultancy based in Dublin City is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.

The Company

A leading firm providing cost management, project management and project monitoring services to a number of clients (both developers and main contractors) working in various sectors.

The Role

Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.

The role will entail

·         Feasibility Studies

·         Cost Estimates

·         Contract Procurement

·         Value Engineering

The Person

·         3-7 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying / cost management position within a consultancy or in a client facing role

·         Degree educated in a relevant construction discipline or working towards

·         Excellent client skills

·         The ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure effective completion

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Strong leadership capabilities
