Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor

One of Dublin’s leading tier 1 contractors, based in North Dublin is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor.

With the full support of a Managing Surveyor, the successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on some of Dublin’s most prestigious construction projects.

Some current projects include:

·         Student Accommodation –- €25m

·         Mixed-use development - €45m

·         Apartment Development - €25m

·         Office Development - € 20m

·         Office Building - €120m

·         Healthcare project - €15m

Working with leading clients, the company has established a reputation for delivering a high quality service and has established itself as an employer of choice.

Criteria

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant

·         1-5 years experience working for either main contractor, Sub-contractor or PQS practice.

·         Excellent communicator

·         The desire to learn and develop to a Senior QS

·         Excellent reporting skills
