Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

·         Location: Central / South Dublin             

·         Job Type: Permanent, full-time

·         Salary:  €55 - €70k + benefits

One of Irelands most reputable and well known, tier 1 main contractors is currently recruiting for experienced Quantity Surveyors to work on projects in Central and South Dublin

Working on projects for both public and private sector clients ranging in value from €10m - €250m, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work on projects from contract award to final handover. 

You will have strong communication skills and will be commercially minded with the ability to liaise effectively with both clients and subcontractors.

The Role will involve

·         Procurement of subcontractors

·         Final accounts

·         Cost analysis

·         Valuations and variations

·         Managing procurement strategy

·         Identifying and implementing cost savings

Criteria

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying

·         5+ years’ experience working as a QS

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Commercially minded

·         Previous experience working on commercial projects

·         Excellent problem solving skills
