Quantity Surveyor – €30m residential project - South Dublin

·         Job Type: Permanent, full-time

·         Salary:  €70 - €80k + Benefits (Negotiable)

A Top  Irish Main contractor currently requires a Quantity Surveyor to work initially on a €30m residential project in South Dublin that is just starting and is due to run for the next 18 months. 

The Role

Working out of their Dublin office, the successful QS will report to the Commercial manager.

• Preparation, maintenance and agreement of Project accounts
• Provide commercial and financial reporting information
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities
• Provide management information for Senior QS & Commercial Manager

The Person

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying or related

·         5+ years working in a similar role

·         experience with residential and large scale commercial projects is beneficial

·         Previous experience working in projects over €10m

·         Strong communicator

·         Commercially minded

A Guideline package of €70k - €80k + Benefits has been indicated which is negotiable depending on experience.
