CSR has a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join award winning Specialist sub-contractor in Co. Antrim.

They specialise within the Commercial New Build sector and are involved in large-scale hotel, apartments, healthcare & education schemes throughout Northern Ireland.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor from a similar background within a similar specialist sub-contractor industry or main contracting. This is a great opportunity as the dynamic company is expanding rapidly and place a great emphasis on investing in their staff and developing careers on merit.

Main duties will include:

o    Preparing valuations and pricing of variations

o    Managing the cost of the project

o    Producing monthly CVR's

o    Review material and labour requirements

Requirements:

o    Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

o    2-3 years post graduate QS experience

o    Computer literate 

o    Excellent communication skills
