Quantity Surveyor (Junior-Intermediate)

My Client a leader in the Fitout Sector has enjoyed a recent spell of growth and now requires a junior-intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team.

Based from the Co Antrim office the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a variety of high end Fitout Projects across luxury residential & Hospitality sectors to name a few.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be expected to travel to the UK maximum 1 overnight per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce/manage bills of quantities
• Supplier negotiations, pre & post contract
• Client liaison to determine needs
• Procurement of subcontractors
• Management of interim valuations

The Person

• Relevant third level qualification
• Minimum 2 years (including Placement) years' experience in main building/fitout company
• Excellent Communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent organisational skills
