Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate) Civils

CSR are working on behalf of a well-established Civils Contractor based in Co Antrim in their pursuit of an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor.

The company has a requirement for Ni based projects only. Therefore this is a rare opportunity for a Civils Quantity Surveyor to Join a Local Firm with no weekly travel required.

The Role

• Preparation and submission of interim reports
• Preparation of subcontract Valuation
• Assist in tendering process
• Monitoring costs to ensure budgets are met
• Review contractual documentation

The Person

• 3 years minimum experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a civils Contractor
• Third Level Qualification in a relevant discipline
