Your new company

CSR are currently working on behalf of an established local civil engineering company, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. You will join a highly qualified, dynamic commercial team who have grown and expanded to provide services throughout the UK and Ireland.

Your new role

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a variety of civils engineering projects throughout NI and ROI.

·         Prepare contracts, costs and bills of quantities

·          Take part in appointing subcontractors on subcontract conditions

·         Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work

·         Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks

·         Value completed work and arrange payments with subcontractors

·         Attend site meetings when required for financial and progress updates

To be considered for this role will ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying along with at least 4 years’ experience, preferably from a civil engineering background. If you do not possess a degree but can demonstrate high level experience, then you may also be considered for the role.
