Quantity Surveyor

A leading, Tier 1 building main contractor, based in Central Dublin is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver a large scale project in Central Dublin.

Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, the successful candidate will oversee projects from start to finish.

Some current Projects include:

·         €85m mixed use development

·         €15m hotel

·         €125m Healthcare project

·         €160m mixed use development

Criteria

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying, civil Engineering or relevant subject

·         2-6 years’ experience in a similar role

·         Commercially minded

·         Excellent client skills

·         Attention detail

·         Strong civil engineering experience
