Project Quantity Surveyor – North Dublin

A Main contractor based in Dublin is currently recruiting for an experienced QS to work on a €90m industrial project in North Dublin.

The company has a long standing reputation for successfully delivering a wide range of projects across multiple sectors.

Due to their continued success they are looking to add to their close-knit commercial team.

The role will be site based in North Dublin and will be reporting to the Commercial Director.

Duties

·         Cost preparation

·         Final accounts

·         Cost analysis

·         Sub-contractor management

·         Variations

·         valuations

The Person

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience

·         5+ years’ experience working as a QS

·        Commercially astute

·         Excellent reporting skills

·         Analytical with a keen eye

·         Strong time management
