The CSR Group is currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-known Main Contractor that also carries out property development.

The Company

One of Ireland's Leading construction and development contractors working with a range of public and private sector clients on commercial, mixed use, education, student accommodation, local authority framework and heritage projects.

The Role

As a Project Surveyor role, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure that subcontract management and process obligations are complete – procurement, measurement and valuation, contractual instructions / notices / orders as well as Health and Safety. Responsibility for producing progress reports, procurement reports and managing cash flow.

Experience

The suitable applicant for this position will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor or equivalent, with relevant experience and competence to commercially manage sizeable packages or projects worth €5-€10m.

You will be a confident communicator able to develop positive relationships with the site team, PQS , and supply chain.
