Project Manager with RC Experience- Limerick

The Role

Our client a company who is synonymous with excellence and quality, guided by their values of care, integrity and excellence are seeking a Project Manager with RC Experience for a project based in Limerick is for a healthcare project with a valuation of €30 million for a length of 18 months.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.

·         Report directly to the Contracts Manager.

·         Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.

·         Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary.

·         Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits.

·         Planning and programming of work.

Criteria

·         7 years’ experience

·         Excellent communicator

·         Keen eye for detail

·         Able to work to deadlines

·         Experience with large projects
