Project Manager – Wicklow

 Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a large scale Residential/Apartment Project in County Wicklow. The project itself has a value of around €50 million and is due to start in the next 4-6 weeks. The company is one of Ireland's leading residential developers over the last 20 years. They pride themselves on delivering high quality projects on time and within budget. Due to their ongoing success throughout Ireland, they are actively seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The Role

•  Manage and implement safe systems of working.

•  Report directly to the Contracts Manager.

•  Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.

•  Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary.

•  Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits.

•  Planning and programming of work.

The Person

•  Proven previous experience

•  7+ years Project Management experience with a 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline.

•  Main contractors experience preferable

•  High level of ability and advanced knowledge of Construction methods and technologies

•  Strong budgeting and financial management skills

•  Excellent eye for detail

•  Excellent written and interpersonal skills
