CSR require an experienced Project Manager for a major educational project based at Coventry University. The builder is an industry leading Building and Civil contractor going through a significant period of growth. 

Criteria

• A proven track record in delivering large projects in the £30m range as PM
• Extensive experience working with a main contractor desirable
• A strong background in an engineering/trade background

Duties

• Managing the entirety of the site teams and subcontractors 
• To be a positive and inspirational leader who actively engages with his workforce to enhance the overall productivity of the project.
• Motivating, driving and leading the workforce in a productive and time effective manner.
• To plan, manage and deliver all construction activities in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• To oversee the package of works and building on a fully integrated and dynamic relationship between design, construction and commercial activities.
• To report openly and honestly at all times and providing solutions to any problems that may arise.
