­­­­­The CSR Group is recruiting on behalf of an NI Fit out specialist for an office based Project Manager

The ideal candidate will come from a joinery background be completely computer literate and will have to have fit out experience.

The role will be based in Portadown

Salary around £45-50k

Key Responsibilities:

• Run multiple projects in accordance with project timeline
• Track project performance and control project costs and variations, ensuring profitable project delivery
• Ensure project works are adequately resourced both by direct staff/labour and supply chain to include subcontractors.  Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively
• Manage project administration, including all documentation
• Co-ordinate and review technical joinery drawings
• Ensure compliance throughout all projects with relevant specifications, standards, health and safety regulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Establish a positive working relationship with client, consultants, site staff and supply chain.
• Attend all relevant site meetings and record minutes as required.
• Liaise with all departments from project conception to completion
• Manage client relationships

Experience:

• Experience of managing joinery packages and construction projects
• People management experience
• Working knowledge of MS Project / equivalent programming software

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including effective presentation skills
• Evidence of good analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
• High degree level of computer literacy with standard office packages
• Evidence of strong planning, organisational and time management abilities
• Evidence of the ability to achieve challenging objectives while working independently and on own initiative
• Proven ability to contribute effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret CAD drawings (desirable)
