A Dublin based Mechanical contractor requires a Plumber Foreman / Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their team, ideally someone who has strong working knowledge of mechanical installations on new build residential projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading on site mechanical team with close management and supervision of all mechanical staff
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times by staff on site
• Ensuring all H&S regulations are obeyed at all times
• Ensuring all work is of clients required standard, to specification upon design and on time
• Co-ordinating work with other subcontractors
• Attending site meetings and trouble shoot
• Work alongside the Project Manager: planning of labour and material requirements, cost control, review of submittals and procurement strategies

The ideal candidate:

• Good track record of supervising mechanical projects particularly within residential and commercial market valued up to €5m
• Good understanding and knowledge of general mechanical systems and installations
• Excellent time management and organisation
• Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Excellent leadership skills and a team player
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Hands on approach
