CSR are working alongside a leading Surveyor group in Belfast who have an opening for a professional quantity surveyor to join a design team who are second to none.

Projects from these consultants include hotel works, educational buildings, residential buildings as well as having done work on landmark castles.

This is your opportunity to work on multi-million pound projects with this consultancy including projects they have in the pipeline such as a 2 million euro sports museum, multi-million pounds hotel extension, 10 million pound office developments as well as many more huge projects.

Responsibilities

·         Estimate materials, time and labour costs for the project

·         Preparation of contract documents such as bills of quantities (Client and architect)

·         Negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts

·         Manage Risk, Value and Cost Control

·         Analyse potential and actual outcomes

·         Produce details findings and progress reports

·         Valuing the finished product

·         Being aware and able to implement Health and Safety Regulations
