PQQ/ Projects Coordinator

CSR is assisting a leading Belfast based company in their recruitment of a PQQ & Projects Coordinator to source, manage and ensure timely delivery of all aspects of the company's bid activities.  

The candidate will be an accomplished administrator preferably with a background in a similar role within the construction industry or related professional services.

The role requires working on Prequalification Questionnaires and Bid Documents involving liaison with colleagues at all levels within the company, in order to produce the most appropriate and targeted documents. The job will involve sourcing and collating relevant information both internally and externally to meet set criteria. We are looking for a proactive individual, happy working under their own initiative and achieving a high level of attention to detail.  The role will also require robust administrative skills, research and an inquisitive mind.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To gain an understanding of the company's bidding procedures
  • Establish strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and target clients
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of existing Tender Tracker Database
  • Daily search of multiple sources for Tender Opportunities, updating Tracker in real time
  • Compiling weekly reports of new opportunities for Bid Team to discuss and agree
  • Arranging and taking part in weekly tender planning and review meetings
  • Updating and maintaining bid information library and bid calendar, ensuring bid team are all aware of their requirements in a timely manner
  • Seeking feedback on submitted tenders and collating learning points for sharing Responsible for managing workload and prioritising to meet deadlines

  • Adheres to established processes and procedures
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe CS and Microsoft Office applications, minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint
