Mechanical Supervisor required for growing M&E contractor based in North Dublin

You will be involved on a large-scale residential project based in west Dublin initially

The successful candidate will come from a construction/commercial building services background and have experience of plumbing as you will be responsible for hands on installation on site. You must have a CSR/ CSCS/ Safe Pass card.

This role reports into the Senior Contracts manager, you will be responsible for supervising the plumbing team on site, a team up to 10 people.

As a mechanical supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical/plumbing installation work. You will ensure that all health and safety standards are adhered to, you will inform the contracts manager what materials are required on site and complete all necessary paper work. You will also identify any faulty equipment and identify any issues on site that could delay project completion. 

You will have a proven track record working as a Mechanical Site Manager/ Supervisor
