A leading player in the NI Building Services industry seeks to recruit an experienced MECHANICAL CONTRACTS MANAGER.

Due to continued company growth they are wishing to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager and you you will be working on new build Industrial & Commercial Projects. 

They have diverse experience and a track record of delivering demanding mechanical and electrical projects within various sectors including Healthcare, Retail & Leisure and Educational Developments.  

As a Mechanical Contracts Manager you will be required to carry out the following duties:

o    Taking responsibility for the project from inception to completion.

o    Liaising with in house and external staff, including M&E Engineers.

o    Procurement.

o    Ensuring the project is completed according to budget and schedule.

o    Attending all progress meetings.

o    Troubleshooting and problem solving as the site progresses.

o    Responsibility for all P&L on the projects under your responsibility.

All candidates should have the following skills and experience: 

o    Experience of working on large-scale commercial projects.

o    Working for a Building Services Contractor at a similar level.

o    Relevant qualifications, such as ONC/HNC in Building Services or Mechanical

o    IT Literate.

A Market Leading salary package is on offer with car/ or car allowance, pension, healthcare & bonus scheme.  

Travel required to mainland UK is 2 days per fortnight.
