Reporting to the Contracts Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the M&E services at all stages of the project ensuring that the scope of works is estimated, designed, installed and commissioned in a safe manner, on time, within budget and to specification. 

As a successful applicant you must have a proven track record within the construction industry in a M&E role and a recognised qualification in a relevant discipline. Ideally you will also:

- have strong commercial knowledge and skills

- be a confident leader and communicator

- have strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- develop a client focus and have the ability to thoroughly understand their requirements
