A leading main contractor based in Northern Ireland wishes to employ an M&E Coordinator to be based in NI on a full-time basis.

With a broad portfolio of projects, work includes commercial, healthcare, mixed use, education & leisure sectors. They are well established contractor, with an excellent reputation in the UK & Irish markets.

Due to continued growth they are now wishing to recruit an M&E Coordinator to join their team in Belfast.

The M&E Coordinator will be responsible for managing all service installations. This will involve liaising and managing with internal divisions & senior managers and sub-contractors / supply chain partners and personnel to help drive the project through to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will already possess:

o    A minimum of 5 years industry experience.

o    A background in M&E.

o    Previous experience in healthcare, commercial and / or industrial projects.

o    H&S awareness.

o    Excellent communication skills

o    Stable employment history.

o    Time-served mechanical/ electrical background.

Ideally the individual will come from a mechanical background, with some electrical knowledge. However applications from electrical biased individuals are also welcome.
