M&E Coordinator – Tier 1 Main Contractor

One of Oreland’s most well-known main contractors is currently recruiting for an M&E Coordinator to work on a €200m project in West Dublin.

Operating for over 100 years, the company has become one of Ireland’s tier 1 main contractors delivering complex projects on-time and on-budget.

The Role

·         Coordination of the installation of M&E services

·         Management of M&E sub-contractors on site

·         Design liaison - pre and during construction process

·         Sub-contract negotiation

·         Client and main contract presentation

·         Liaison with site and contracts management re installations

The Person

·         Strong Mechanical or Electrical background

·         5+ years’ experience delivering projects

·         Previous experience working on large scale projects is beneficial

·         A strong understanding of M&E Legislation

·         Excellent organisation skills
