One of Dublin’s leading main contractors is currently recruiting for an M&E coordinator.

The Company

The company are well-known for delivering their projects to the highest standard.  As part of the building services team, you will be involved in overseeing the installations of M&E Services across a range of projects throughout Dublin and Leinster.

Some current projects include:

·         €110m Office Development – Central Dublin

·         €24m Residential Development – Greater Dublin

·         €27m Student Accommodation – West Dublin

·         €45m Mixed-use Development  - City Centre

·         €29m apartment development - Dublin

The Role

·         Coordination of the installation of M&E services

·         Management of M&E sub-contractors on site

·         Design liaison - pre and during construction process

·         Sub-contract negotiation

·         Client and main contract presentation

·         Liaison with site and contracts management re installations

The Person

·         Educated to a minimum HND level in a relevant field

·         Good level of experience working within main contracting

·         An equal biased of mechanical and electrical experience along with technical knowledge

·         You will be a results driven M&E Coordinator looking to progress to a senior level in your career

·         An understanding of design and influence in M&E design coordination will be advantageous
