M&E Coordinator – Central Dublin

A leading main contractor wishes to employ an M&E Coordinator to be based in Dublin.

With a broad portfolio of projects, work includes commercial, Hotels, Residential, education & leisure sectors. They are well established contractor, with an excellent reputation in the UK & Irish markets.

Due to continued growth they are now wishing to recruit a M&E Coordinator to deliver a large scale hotel development in Central Dublin.

The M&E Coordinator will be responsible for managing all service installations. This will involve liaising and managing with internal divisions & senior managers and sub-contractors / supply chain partners and personnel to help drive the project through to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will already possess:

• A minimum of 6 years industry experience.
• A background in M&E.
• Previous experience in Residential, Hotel and / or Commercial projects.
• H&S awareness.
• Excellent communication skills
• Stable employment history.
• Time-served mechanical/ electrical background.
