Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

An award winning Construction Company based in Co. Armagh/ Tyrone wishes to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

This is a role based in NI only.

With work based predominately throughout the Northern Ireland region, you will be involved on new build projects ranging from £5M-20M.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will help deliver an expanding workload across Mixed Use, Offices, Healthcare, Government Building projects.

Duties: The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will report to the Director, working on a variety of projects from Inception to Final Account.

Duties will include -

• Schedules of Works
• Bills of Quantities
• Valuations
• Budget Estimates
• Financial Forecasting
• Final Accounts
• Project Management

Requirements: The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will have 3+ years' experience in a Contracting environment and possess a degree in Quantity Surveying. Experience working on relevant sector projects would be highly advantageous.
