CSR are looking for a Health and Safety officer to join a leading Construction contractor based out of their main office in Antrim.

Responsibilities

-Complete control of the company’s H&S department including SHEQ systems and strategies.

-Monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing existing, new, and upcoming H&S legislation, ensuring the company has systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance.

-Maintaining the company’s ISO accreditation across multiple ISO standards and leading associated external audits

-Developing and issuing RAMS across multiple construction sites

-Carrying out periodic inspections across multiple construction sites

-Monitoring/Maintaining company training and equipment certification

Essential:

-NEBOSH or Third level qualification in a related discipline

-Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry

- sound understanding of implementing integrated ISOs

-Comfortable & confident leading & overseeing all SHEQ independently within the company.

-Self-motivated with ability to prioritise workload

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-Proficient IT Skills

-Full Driving Licence
