Foreman (Groundworks) – West Dublin

CSR group is looking to recruit an experienced Foreman for a large scale project in West Dublin.

This tier 1 company is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join an already existing team. This company has excelled in the construction industry for over 70 years in all sectors. Due to their commitment to quality and remain on time and within budget they have experienced steady growth and looking to expand their team.

The Role

·         Over-see the whole groundworks package.

·         Management of subcontractors/general workforce on site

·         Ensure that health and safety is a priority and all best practises are being followed.

·         Ensure all works are done on time and to specification.

·         Working with the project team continually communicating with them about progress and issues.

·         Maintaining the site records – site diary, concrete register, records of deliveries etc.

The Person

·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Foreman for a Main Contractor working on large scale projects.

·         Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is required

·         Excellent communicator.

·         Good with people and a motivator of those around you.
