Foreman (Timber Frame)– Dublin

CSR group is looking for an experienced Foreman with extensive experience in Timber Frame for a Residential Project in South Dublin. The company is one of Irelands leading developers. They have a very experienced senior team and looking to expand. They have a lot of work coming up with some large projects. Looking for a hands on Foreman to join a great company. Very good opportunity for the right person.

The Role 

• Responsible for the day to day running of the site.
• Maintaining the highest of health and safety standards on site
• Managing trades and labour
• Maintaining Site Diary
• Attending all relevant meetings
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director
• Ordering of supplies

The Person

• Preferably from a trade background
• Previous Management experience
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• 5 + years in a similar role
• Keen eye for detail
• Good team leader
