An interior fit out company based in Co. Armagh is wishing to appoint an Estimator to be involved in luxury Fitout schemes. 

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-known company that works on high-end residential, commercial, hotel and leisure projects.

This company is one of the UK's leading fit out industry providers that specialises bespoke interiors and a range of materials. Estimators with a fit out or joinery manufacturing background will be at a distinct advantage. 

The Role:

• Estimating projects to invoice
• Estimating budgets and managing service providers
• Responsible for costing's for all aspects of the project

The Person:

• Experience in estimating for main contractor or fit out contractor
• HNC/HND/ degree level qualified in relevant field
• Excellent communication skills

Our client is looking for Estimator who can effectively estimate project efficiently to mirror the needs of the sector. The successful candidate will have time served/knowledge on commercial & preferably interior fit outs.
