Finishing Foreman – Dublin West

The CSR group is looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman for a project in West Dublin. The first phase of this €40 million office development is near completion with the 2^nd phase having got under way. The company is a well-respected main contractor and has continued to produce the highest quality of projects over the last 30 years. It is because of this quality that has seen the company go from strength to strength. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their already talented team.

The Role

·         Report directly to the Project Manager.

·         Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors.

·         Attending weekly management team meeting.

·         Finishing internal building in accordance with the programme.

·         Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification and programme.

·         Maintain the Site Diary.

The Candidate

·         5years+ as a General Foreman/Finishing Foreman with a main contractor.

·         Either coming from a trade background or qualification in construction

·         Keen eye for detail

·         Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Proficient IT skills
