CSR are pleased to be working with one of the UK and Ireland's fastest growing construction companies as they expand their operations into Facilities Management. Our client possesses an extensive and ever growing portfolio of fit-out projects and are now seeking an experienced Facilities Manager as their presence continues to grow throughout the UK and Ireland. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts spanning building schemes, fit-out/refurbishment projects and renovation/repair works.

Duties will include;

• Build and manage the local day to day relationship with customers to ensure services are delivered to agreed standards.

• Act as the 'single point of contact' for allocated buildings, managing escalations from customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.

• Actively monitor and manage the performance of contracted services to ensure service delivery is effective • Manages the local delivery of services to agreed standards

• Implement effective maintenance plans, deploying contractors, equipment, systems and materials

• Monitor Safety performance of work activities under their control, and take appropriate and timely action to control risks, escalate issues as required and promote positive safety behaviours to all stakeholders

• Responsible for authorising expenditure against an allocated and agreed budget.

Criteria

• Experience within a Facilities Management role is essential, with an understanding of delivering an integrated service solution

• Knowledge of relevant business standards, regulations and statutes as well as technical guidance for soft and hard services

• Demonstrable experience of leading delivery teams and outside contractors, managing delivery across multiple sites and services

• Full driving license

Travel may be expected within the role.

Final salary is dependant on experience on level of exposure to industry
