Facades Manager – Woking

CSR group is looking for an experienced Facades Manager to oversee a large project in Woking. The company is one of the UK's leading companies who have excelled in all sectors of the industry. They have delivered high quality projects all over the UK including Hotels, University's, Residential schemes and commercial projects. 

They have a very talented long standing team and are looking someone to add to it on a full time permanent role. 

The Role

·         Maintaining the highest of health and safety standards at all times.

·         Working closely with the Project Manager.

·         Management of installers, labourers etc.

·         Recording of site diaries

·         Attending all relevant meetings

·         Responsible for the highest quality of work, on time and within budget

The Person

·         5 years’ previous experience in a similar position.

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Main Contracting experience

·         Large Projects experience

·         Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification

·         Ability to work to tight deadlines
