A medium sized Construction and Fitout contractor based in NI has an Estimator vacancy on offer with the option of remote working on a long term basis.

Wishing to appoint an experienced Estimator to join the pre- construction team, you will be required to be based in Head office 2-3 days per month.

With a large number of tenders ongoing and continuous, growth planned for the business, the team needs additional resources from an Experienced Estimator.

The aim of this appointment is to allow the office to be able to increase the output and accuracy of tenders, as well as gain new clients in the process. The successful candidate will find themselves working across a mixture of tenders from one-off jobs to large frameworks, from high spec residential to education and from new build to refurbishment, typically priced between £2m and £15m.

This role will offer direct routes of progression and development within a growing team.

The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience in managing a range of projects ideally including residential, refurbishment, commercial, and fitout, with projects ranging in value from £5m to £15m.
