An M&E Contractor based in Belfast is actively looking to recruit an Electrical Estimator for their commercial team.

They maintain and install all types of electrical work ranging from high-rise residential, commercial and industrial projects up to the value of £5m. 

Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience: 

•  Experienced Electrical Estimator with experience within the building services industry using estimating software. 

•  Be able to work alongside senior management as well as independently within a busy estimating projects department.

•  Hold a sound working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations and coding. 

•  Complete take-offs from drawings/information provided. 

•  Full document control on each tender. 

•  Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to gain competitive quotations. 

•  Produce quantified schedule of rates.
