A Top 5 M&E Contractor based in Co. Antrim seeks to employ an Electrical Contracts Manager.

You will have the opportunity of working in a leading contracting company with over 30 years in the M&E/Building Services Industry. This company has outstanding reputation in the industry for completing prestigious projects to the highest of standards.

Projects include Schools, Hotels University Schemes, High Spec Apartment Developments, Leisure & Healthcare.

Wishing to employ an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be involved on high profile projects throughout Ireland & the UK.

You will possess 3-4 years' experience as an Electrical CM, and have a proven career history.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all construction operations for the project
• Project managing of the installation of electrical building services
• Overseeing the successful and timely delivery of M&E/building services projects
• Manage contract costs and variations including procurement
• Liaise with the design team
• Have the ability to manage varying projects
• Manage site labour and sub-contractor

Travel will be required to mainland UK (1-2 days per week).
